Account Executive

Swantide is changing the way companies manage their GTM tech stack. We are looking to hire a passionate and motivated Account Executive.  This would be the second hire made on the sales team, so the ideal candidate is excited about building a sales process from scratch, sourcing their own prospects, and selling to early-stage startups.  More information on the role can be found below:

‍Role:‍

  • Identify qualified leads that fit our target customer profile
  • Make contact with prospects to schedule discovery calls and product demos 
  • Lead the sales process for both inbound and outbound opportunities from first meeting to close
  • Help to iterate and define Swantide’s sales playbook 
  • Provide context and hand-off to Customer Success during the post-sales process and contribute to analysis on wins/losses
  • Update and create additional sales collateral as needed

‍Recommended Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and prioritize multiple deals at one time 

Nice to have

  • Experience working at or selling to early-stage startups
  • Sales Ops or GTM systems knowledge
