GTM Systems Engineer

Swantide is changing the way companies manage their GTM tech stack. Our platform takes the headache out of set up, integrations, and maintenance of GTM tools  as sales teams scale.  We are a fully-remote, woman-founded and woman-led venture-backed startup, and we believe that our people are our best asset and everyone should feel empowered to drive the company forward.  We operate with transparency, accountability, and integrity towards our customers and each other.

Our investors include institutional investors such as Menlo Ventures, as well as prominent angel investors in C-Suite positions at companies like Dropbox, Okta, Front, Plaid and Pilot.  We’ve grown 25% month-over-month for the past 6 months, and our customers love working with us!  You can see more details on our case studies here

We are looking to hire an experienced manager of GTM systems to own the architecture and maintenance of the GTM tech stack for our customers.  Our product offering centers around Salesforce Sales Cloud today, and we will be expanding to other tools later this year.  We’ve built out tooling to quickly deploy features across our customer base, and this role will play a critical part in expanding our product offering.  Therefore, this role sits in our Product and Engineering org.

The ideal candidate is excited about creating technical solutions that enable users to get the most out of their software and  loves to take initiative to automate and improve manual and time-consuming processes.  This role is about leveraging all aspects of the GTM tech stack  to understand and solve customer needs in simple and easy-to-maintain ways.
