GTM Systems Engineer

We are looking to hire an experienced manager of GTM systems to own the architecture and maintenance of the GTM tech stack for our customers.  Our product offering centers around Salesforce Sales Cloud today, and we will be expanding to other tools later this year.  We’ve built out tooling to quickly deploy features across our customer base, and this role will play a critical part in expanding our product offering.  Therefore, this role sits in our Product and Engineering org. 

The ideal candidate is excited about creating technical solutions that enable users to get the most out of their software and  loves to take initiative to automate and improve manual and time-consuming processes.  This role is about leveraging all aspects of the GTM tech stack  to understand and solve customer needs in simple and easy-to-maintain ways.

  • Create an integrated system of GTM tools for our customers, with Salesforce Sales Cloud at the center today 
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to build the product roadmap and make these features available to customers
  • Create an update documentation and training for users
  • Troubleshoot user issues across Salesforce instances

‍Recommended Qualifications:

  • 3 - 8 years of systems delivery experience, with dedicated Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, whether internal or external customers, and excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • Engineering or systems design background
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup
  • Experience working closely with product/engineering teams at a software company
