One of the biggest pain points for SaaS startup founders is Salesforce setup and management. For software companies, Salesforce doesn’t just work out of the box.

As we were setting up Salesforce ourselves and talking to other startup founders and sales teams about the process, we realized just how painful it is to get the entire sales tech stack up and running and manage it all.

Our founders started Swantide to shake up old methods that aren’t working anymore.

Startup founders are busy juggling meetings, building out the organization and shaping the product strategy. We know, we get it. They don’t have time to waste on Salesforce. And sales leaders … well, they’re busy selling! So we’ve made it our mission to liberate founders and salespeople to focus on their job and not on Salesforce.

Before Swantide, Taylor led engineering and product at Replica, an analytics company that spun out of Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs. Previously she led engineering for the launch of LinkedIn’s Talent Insights product. Taylor studied Information Science and German at Cornell.

Kat Busch



Before Swantide, she led engineering for the Replica product at Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs.  Previously she led engineering for the Web Infrastructure team at Dropbox and built Dropbox’s mobile A/B testing infrastructure.  She holds both an MS and BS in Computer Science from Stanford.
