Swantide has been hard at work to provide best in class workflows to help as you customize and manage your Salesforce. We have three new workflows that we are super excited about:

Relate a Lead to an Account by Domain

There are few things that are as counterproductive for a salesperson as cold-calling existing customers. This Swantide Workflow helps mitigate this issue by intelligently matching the Lead's Email Domain to the Account's Web Domain.

Update Contact Pick-List Value after X Days of Inactivity

This Swantide Workflow automatically updates a Contact's Pick-List Value after the Contact has had no activity within a set Day Range. It is set to run on a daily basis, and checks for related Tasks or Events on the Contact object.

End users enter a numeric value (# of days) that is used to see if a Contact has had a Task Due Date or Event Due Date within the range of that numeric value. If a Task and/or Event last Due Date (IE Last Activity Date) is outside the range of that numeric value then Update a Selected Pick-List field is updated to a certain Pick-List value on that field.

For example, if you're tracking Contacts and their level of Activity Attribution (IE Task or Event), you can update the Contact Status back to "Revisit" if the last Task or Event date is greater than or equal to 60 days from the current date.

Required Fields on Opportunity Creation

This Validation Rule allows an End User to enter in X amount of Fields that need to be filled out on Opportunity Creation. Additionally, it checks if those fields are validated for a particular stage before moving onto the next.
