It's an exciting time here at Swantide. We've been rapidly releasing a lot of new product functionality to help RevOps professionals drive value and get more out of their CRM. This blog highlights a few powerful Workflow Templates our customers can use in the Swantide app. 

Slack Notification for Opportunity Stage Change

Ever wanted Slack to alert you when a rep moves an Opportunity through the funnel? Now you can do this in a few simple steps. 

Go to Integrations Page in your Swantide App and follow the instructions to install the Salesforce <> Slack integration.

Once this is set up, you can snag the Workflow Template and customize it to your instance so you get notifications like:

  • Send a Slack message when an Opportunity moves to a Contracting stage.
  • Send a Slack message to notify an Opportunity has been qualified.
  • Send a Slack message when an Opportunity moves to Closed-Won!

Email Notification for Opportunity Stage Change:

Like Slack notifications, Email notifications can be used when you want real-time updates on change stages within your sales pipeline. Some of our customers use both; some choose one or the other. Either way, these notifications are a great way to stay in the know about pipeline changes in your Salesforce. 

You just need to update a few variables and provide a few inputs:

  • Recipient: Email will go to the Opportunity Owner
  • Define the Stage(s) that should trigger the notification
  • Outline the Message and Subject that you'd like to include
