We continuously release new product functionality to help RevOps professionals drive value and get more out of their CRM and capitalize on the moments that matter for their prospects and customers. This blog highlights a few powerful Workflow Templates, more specific to those leverage product usage data, within the Swantide app. 

Roll up a Field from Product Instance onto its Related Account

We built this Workflow Template because many of our PLG customers leverage Product data to inform their sales process. However, that data can often get lost between the product and Salesforce if the connections and automations aren’t set up correctly. 

This Workflow Template focuses specifically on the relationship from a Product Instance to an Account.

A use case could be when you want to summarize the number of licenses an Account has from Product Instance records.

For example, if you have multiple product instance records for one related account, you want visibility on how many licenses they are using up to the Account Level. This gives reps visibility on how they are liking or using your product so they can have more engaging conversations with the prospect or customer.

Timestamp Individual Pick-List Value on Each Update

This Workflow Template allows you to choose any specific pick-list value on any field in your environment to stamp the date that the record reaches the specified value. This Workflow can be deployed to update each time the record reaches the value or only the first. 

Think about it this way: you could use this Workflow to stamp the most recent date a Lead’s status becomes “Nurture”.

It could also be helpful when using integrations that aren't compatible with Formula fields. This Workflow Template ca stamp the value onto a new field to bring through.
