Timestamp a Picklist Field Entry and Exit Points on Any Object

Timestamp when a Picklist field was updated to a certain value with this Swantide Workflow. This will be denoted as an entry point and when that Picklist Value is changed, it will Timestamp this under the exit point.

This workflow is very helpful for Reporting Purposes and for teams who keep track of Picklist Fields on their Respective Objects. For example, if you wanted to Timestamp when a Lead’s Leadsource was changed to Web, then you will select Object > Lead, Field Name > LeadSource > Value > Web.

Note “Date First Entered Web” in this example is the first initial date it was changed to Web. Whereas Date Entered Web and Date Exited Web are the subsequent times it could have been updated as Entry and Exit points.

Swantide Notes

Swantide Notes provides you with an out of the box solution to create notes for leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities. The current Notes feature from Salesforce does not allow for easy Automation building and therefore, make it hard to send notes via Slack. With this Custom Object, you can send Notes related to an Opportunity, Lead, Account, Contact, etc to a Slack Channel!

Associate Multiple Contacts to an Onboarding Cycle Record

This Workflow creates a Junction Object to link Onboarding Cycles and Contacts together, which is essential for establishing a Many-to-Many relationship so you can associate multiple contacts with various onboarding cycles and vice versa.

When this is deployed in your Environment, you’ll need to add the Related List to your Onboarding Cycle and Contact Page Layout.

Guide Reps through MEDDPICC on Opportunity Records

MEDPICC is a popular sales qualification methodology used by many businesses to prioritize and qualify Opportunities.

The MEDPICC methodology helps sales professionals determine whether a potential customer is a good fit for their product or service and whether it's worth investing time and resources in pursuing the sale.

A prerequisite to this Workflow is first to enable Track MEDDPICC Fields on Opportunities, which this Help Center Article covers.

This Screen Flow helps reps capture and update MEDDPICC fields on the Opportunity, and when all the Fields are entered on the Flow,  the checkbox “MEDDPICC” complete will equal “True” which will help give you as a RevOps manager a pulse on all your Opportunities to see if MEDDPICC has been completed or not.

Calculate the Number of Days of a Picklist Value on Any Object

This Swantide Workflow allows you to determine the number of days a record has had a specific Picklist Value. For instance, you can track and view the duration a Lead has maintained the value 'LeadSource = Web'.

This workflow is helpful when tracking changes or running reports to identify any idle records with a Picklist Field that need to be updated, or records that need to take action.

Calculate the Number of Days an Opportunity Is or Was Open

The Swantide Workflow provides an efficient method for tracking the duration an Opportunity stays open. By setting up a formula field, users can monitor the number of days until the Opportunity is closed.

Once closed, the count is solidified. The count will then reveal the exact timeline it took to close the Opportunity.

Having this field is invaluable for businesses as it offers insights into the average time required for opportunities to close. This is also a crucial metric to assess sales performance and streamline other GTM processes.
